Reliable as always for Japan travel

This is my third time using KKday, and they've been consistently good for Japan travel. I've bought the Japan Rail Pass before, and this time I got Tokyo Disney Resort tickets. The process was familiar, and the tickets arrived in my email without any fuss, just like last time. It's why I keep coming back – I know what to expect. There was a slight delay in the confirmation email this time compared to my last order, but it still arrived well within their stated timeframe.

Got my Universal tickets no fuss

My friends and I decided to go to Universal Studios Japan last minute, and I hopped on KKday to grab tickets. It was pretty easy to find what I needed. Just picked the date, paid up, and the e-voucher landed in my email quick. Didn't have any trouble getting in either. Saved us a good chunk of time not having to queue for tickets there, which was awesome. Definitely made the trip smoother.

Good for tickets, some glitches

I purchased Universal Studios Japan tickets through KKday for my trip. The price was competitive, and the e-voucher came through quickly, which was a relief. We got in without any issues at the park. My only minor complaint is that the website sometimes felt a bit slow to load pages, especially when I was comparing different options. Overall, it was a smooth process for getting the tickets I needed, and the value was definitely there.

Consistent service for day tours

I've used KKday several times now for various trips, and they've always been reliable. This time, I booked a Nami Island day tour. The booking experience was just as smooth as my previous Kyoto day tour booking. Vouchers arrived on time, and the instructions were clear. Their pricing for tours like these is usually quite fair. It's why I keep coming back for my travel activities; they're consistently good.

Good value for airport transfer

I was looking for an airport transfer and KKday had a really good price compared to other sites. It was a first time using them, so I was a bit cautious. The booking flow was alright, but I found myself double-checking things a lot just to be sure. The transfer itself went smoothly, no problems at all. For the savings, it felt like a worthwhile purchase, even with my initial hesitations about using a new service.

Decent value on Taipei 101 tickets

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal on Taipei 101 Observatory tickets. I compared a few sites, and KKday had a good price, especially after a small first-time user discount I found. The e-voucher was easy to use at the observatory. I did wish the discount was a bit higher, but it still saved me a few dollars compared to buying directly at the venue. It felt like a worthwhile purchase and good value for money.

Taipei 101 tickets were perfect!

I just booked Taipei 101 Observatory tickets and it was so easy! The website was super user-friendly, and I got my e-voucher instantly after payment. No hassle, no waiting in lines when I got there. Just scanned and went straight up! It made my visit so much better. I'm telling all my travel buddies about this site; it's a lifesaver for attractions!

Good for tickets, slow confirmation

I booked Tokyo Disney Resort tickets through KKday for my trip next month. The price was competitive, which was good. The booking process itself was straightforward enough, though I found the checkout page a bit clunky on mobile. What wasn't ideal was the confirmation time; it took almost 24 hours to get the e-voucher, which felt a bit long when planning last minute. Customer service did answer my query quickly when I asked about it, so that was a plus. Overall, a decent experience, but the speed of booking confirmation could definitely be faster.

thinking of booking some tours for my trip to Seoul, but my plans might change. how easy is it to cancel something on KKday if I need to?

S Sean Smith 3 weeks ago
It depends on the activity really. Some are super flexible and you can cancel for free up to a certain point, others are non-refundable. Gotta check the specific booking terms.

I had to cancel a cooking class in Thailand once, and it was pretty straightforward through their app. Got most of my money back, minus a small fee. Just read the fine print when you book.

Trying to use a coupon code for a Japan Rail Pass but it's not working. Is there some trick to it?

J Jessica S. 1 month ago
Did you enter it at checkout before payment? Also, some codes are for specific things or app-only, might be that.

S Sean Smith 1 month ago
Yeah, and you usually can't stack them. If you're trying to use two, that's probably why it's failing.

Hey, thinking of getting Universal Studios Japan tickets through KKday. Are they legit or like, am I gonna show up and get denied?

J Jeff N. 1 month ago
Nah, they're legit. I got my Disney tickets from them last year and it was super smooth. Got the e-voucher right away.

Used them for a Nami Island tour in Korea. No issues at all, the tour operator recognized the voucher straight up.

Anyone know how long it usually takes for booking confirmation? Need to book something for next week and worried it won't be confirmed in time.

M Matt Smith 1 month ago
For most things, it's pretty quick, like within a few hours. But some tours, especially private ones, can take a day or two.

Mine was instant for a theme park ticket. For a cooking class it took about a day. Depends on the activity I guess.

anyone used one of those first-time user discounts? are they any good or just like 5% off a $10 activity?

W William Martinez 1 month ago
I got like 10% off my Universal Studios Japan ticket last year with a first-timer code. Not huge but every little bit helps, especially on the pricier stuff.

J John 1 month ago
They vary, I think I saw one for $10 or $20 off minimum spend recently. Definitely worth checking if you're a new customer.

Is KKday legit for booking stuff like Disney tickets? Or should I just go directly through the park website?

M Melissa R. 1 month ago
Totally legit. I've bought Disney tickets (both Tokyo and Hong Kong) from them multiple times. Never had an issue, and sometimes they have better deals than the official site.

M Mary Wilson 1 month ago
Yeah, they're a reputable platform. Been around a while. No worries there.

hey, trying to plan a trip to Japan next month. Is the JR Pass on KKday a physical ticket or an e-voucher?

L Lisa Garcia 4 weeks ago
From what I remember, when I bought it last year, it was an exchange order you printed out and then swapped for the actual physical pass when you got to Japan. They send you an email with the details.
3
B Ben 3 weeks ago
Yeah, same here. It's not a direct digital pass you can just scan. You get a voucher, then you gotta hit up a JR station to get the real deal.

Is the JR Pass they sell an actual physical voucher that gets mailed, or is it a digital one?

Z Zach Sanchez 1 month ago
Afaik it's a physical exchange order that you then swap for the actual pass once you're in Japan.
6
M Megan L. 1 month ago
Yep, they send you a voucher you take to a JR office in Japan to get your pass. Not fully digital for that one.
